The arm-type cap tightening machine incorporates CNC single-track electric single-head grab-type tracking screw cap mechanism.
Automatic gripping and capping operations are executed by the servo motor, ensuring precise movement and rapid speed. The capping head is controlled by the servo system + torque module, allowing for adjustable cap tightness.
The capping process halts automatically upon reaching the preset torque. Employing double photoelectric screening for positive and negative cover, the electric rotary type capping machine achieves a screening pass rate of 100%.
Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel material, the machine ensures durability and hygiene.
