The automatic laundry detergent filling machine is designed for precise quantitative filling of detergents, particularly those that are prone to foaming, using downward filling technology. This piston filling machine can handle detergents of varying consistencies, from thin to viscous, and is more cost-effective compared to other quantitative filling methods.
Filling Process
Piston fillers accurately measure and dispense free-flowing products, such as thin or moderately dense liquids, into containers. Each machine is equipped with one or more volumetric pistons. The fill/release cycle includes an intake stroke, during which the product is drawn from the container or hopper into the product cylinder. The downstroke begins when the product cylinder reaches its preset fill level, and the piston expels the product from the cylinder into the container.
