Automatic Top & Bottom Sides Labeling Machine

A simple adjustment is all it takes to switch between different types of bottle labeling when you need to change products.
The automatic top flat labeling machine includes a housing base, a control unit, a label paper module, a ribbon module, a printing module, an adsorption device, and an arm mechanism. The control unit is positioned on the housing base, and the label paper module comprises a label supply shaft, a bottom paper recovery shaft, and a rotating shaft. The label supply shaft and recovery shaft are connected to the label paper and controlled by the control unit, which also controls the rotating shaft that rotates the label paper. The ribbon module, located near the label paper's movement path within the housing, includes a ribbon supply shaft and a ribbon recovery shaft. These shafts are connected to the ribbon and are powered to drive the action. The printing module, also located on the housing, can receive input from the control unit to print onto the label. The adsorption device features a suction block on one side of the rotating shaft, with a suction surface beneath it. The arm mechanism drives the lifting action of the suction block. This design offers improved labeling efficiency and precise application.
