The horizontal labeling machine is a fully automatic device designed for labeling reagent tubes, oral liquids, ampoules, and various other small round bottles. It is specifically engineered for bottles that are unstable when standing or to minimize damage during the labeling process for round bottles. Customized labeling machines are available; we can design a horizontal labeling machine tailored to the size of your bottles or tubes, or according to your specific requirements.
1. This machine is suitable for labeling ampoules in the pharmaceutical industry, small bottles for vaccines, oral liquids, blood tubes, stationery items like pens and glue sticks, and small cylindrical materials in the daily chemical industry, such as lipstick and lip balm. It can handle full or partial wrap-around labeling automatically.
2. The entire machine is controlled by a mature PLC system, ensuring stable operation at high speeds. The touch screen interface allows for easy reading and a user-friendly experience. It can store more than 10 sets of labeling parameters, making setup quick and efficient.
3. Labeling is smooth and free of creases, thanks to the use of an elastic cotton idler wheel.
4. The machine features automatic photoelectric detection functions, including canceling labeling if no object is detected and stopping or raising an alarm when labels are depleted, preventing label wastage and ensuring accurate labeling.
